Together with your colleagues of the Engineering & Support Department, you will ensure that all questions from internal and external customers about JUMO equipment and peripheral issues will be resolved.
Some of your tasks are:
  • The contact point for challenges of a technical nature towards customers and employees;
  • Implementation and configuration of systems;
  • Use measurement and control technology knowledge to optimize processes;

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and proactive marketing coordinator!

Job requirements

You ensure that the department can function as efficiently and optimally as possible. This means that employees experience a structured, constructive, and safe working environment and that the department can achieve its daily tasks within the set objectives. In close collaboration with the Sales Manager, you work together on the company objectives with the main goal of putting JUMO on the map as a good employer and knowledge partner for the market!

This includes:

  • Operational management of the Marketing department employees
  • Developing new marketing activities and implementing them in consultation with the Sales Manager
  • Encouraging and promoting communication and cooperation with the sales department in order to develop activities that promote sales
  • Responsible for implementing the marketing plan and periodically evaluating activities with management
  • Supervising and encouraging various communications that contribute to the desired communication and presentation of the company
  • Responsible for managing online marketing channels, including Google Adwords and social media. Performing website visit analyses and reporting the results
  • Conducts regular market research that clearly highlights customer insights, analyzes the results, and identifies market developments and (industry) trends
