Together with your colleagues of the Engineering & Support Department, you will ensure that all questions from internal and external customers about JUMO equipment and peripheral issues will be resolved.
Some of your tasks are:
  • The contact point for challenges of a technical nature towards customers and employees;
  • Implementation and configuration of systems;
  • Use measurement and control technology knowledge to optimize processes;
  • Support the account managers.

For replacement during illness, we are looking for an inspired, creative and proactive marketing manager!

Job requirements

You will ensure that the department can function as efficiently and optimally as possible. This means that the employees experience a structured, constructive and safe working environment and that the department can achieve the daily work within the set objectives. In cooperation with the various departments, we work together on the company objectives with the main goal of putting JUMO on the map as a good employer and knowledge partner for the market!

This includes:

  • Managing and developing the employees of the Marketing department.
  • Develops new marketing activities and implements them in consultation with management.
  • Encourages and promotes communication exchange and cooperation with the sales department to develop activities that promote sales.
  • Responsible for managing online marketing channels, such as Google Ads and social media. Performs website visit analysis, provides feedback on results and deploys marketing automation to optimise online activities.
  • Carries out regular market research, where customer insight is clear, analyses the results and brings market developments and (industry) trends into focus.

Your profile

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Coaching skills to motivate a team;
  • Good presentation and reporting skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch, German and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
