JUMO has been a family-run business since 1948 and nowadays is managed by the third generation. The most important factors are the people, personal contact with others, and working together – from the executive board through to all areas of the company. Due to the respect and appreciation that we show our employees, everyone at JUMO works together as a unit. This forms the basic principle for creating successful components and systems solutions, and thus, the success of the company.

In a positive sense, JUMO is a conservative company, but which throughout its 75-year history has always been in flux. As a "hidden champion", we have never rested on our laurels when it comes to global market leadership, but always faced each and every challenge with courage.
